Enviroform Driving Energy Efficient Construction

A demonstration of the latest developments in energy-saving construction materials drew interested businesses on both sides of the border on a site visit to Enviroform Solutions in Warrenpoint on Friday.  Representatives from public and private sector were in attendance at the event, these included DOE, SELB and local Authorities.

The event was organised by Smart ECO Hub a cross-border cluster organisation for the sustainable energy sector.  The Smart Eco hub project is part financed by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Cross Border Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.

High Performance Insulation Solutions

Liam Brown Managing Director of Enviroform Solutions discussed the various methods of high performance insulation solutions, both ‘vapour closed’ and ‘vapour open breathable’. He stressed the importance of co-operation and exchanging information with associated businesses to develop top quality innovations, which will, in turn, lead to expansion and a consistent up dating and improving of techniques and solutions.   Other Keynote speakers included Joe Orsi, Upgrading Heritage Properties, Brian Cahill Aerogel Insulation, Eamonn Blair, External Wall treatments, the Chemistry.

Enviroform provides complete insulation solutions, including internal and external insulation methods, infrared heating, cold bridging products, solid floor insulation, as well as necessary protective coatings and other such products.  Enviroform works with house construction projects of all sizes and is also expert in restoration of heritage buildings.

From Hard to Treat Homes to Heritage Restorations

Following the site visit, Liam Brown said; “We were delighted with the turnout of businesses that have attended today.  At Enviroform Solutions we provide tailored insulation solutions for new builds, refurbishing hard to treat homes and the most complex heritage property restorations.”
